Callum James Hudson-Odoi (född 7 november 2000) är en engelsk professionell fotbollsspelare som spelar som yttermittfältare för Premier League-klubben Nottingham Forest.
Under sin tid i Chelseas akademi var Hudson-Odoi en del av trupperna som vann U18 Premier League 2017 samt FA Youth Cup-titlar två år i rad. Hans prestationer på ungdomsnivå belönades i januari 2018 när han fick göra sin debut för seniorlaget och sedan dess har han gjort över 110 framträdanden för klubben.
Hudson-Odoi har också haft betydande framgångar på ungdomsnivå för England, där han var en del av truppen som blev tvåa i UEFA European Under-17 Championship och som vann FIFA U-17 World Cup samma år. I mars 2019 blev han den yngsta spelaren att debutera i en tävlingsmatch för England, när han gjorde det i UEFA Euro 2020-kvalmatchen mot Tjeckien.
