James Michael Edward Ward-Prowse (född 1 november 1994) är en engelsk professionell fotbollsspelare som spelar som central mittfältare för Premier League-klubben West Ham United och Englands landslag.
Ursprungligen en medlem av Southamptons ungdomslag, gjorde Ward-Prowse sin debut i A-laget i oktober 2011 och skrev på sitt första proffskontrakt 2012. Han blev en ordinarie spelare för Southampton och utsågs till lagkapten 2020. År 2023 spelade han sin 400:e match för klubben innan han lämnade för West Ham United samma år.
Ward-Prowse har representerat England på U17-, U19- och U20-nivå och har spelat 31 landskamper och gjort 6 mål på U21-nivå, där han också varit lagkapten. Han gjorde sin debut i seniorlandslaget i mars 2017 i en bortaförlust med 1-0 mot dåvarande världsmästarna Tyskland.
