Philip Walter Foden (född 28 maj 2000) är en engelsk professionell fotbollsspelare som spelar som mittfältare för Premier League-klubben Manchester City och det engelska landslaget. Fodens genombrott inom professionell fotboll kom 2017 när han vann FIFA U-17 World Cup Golden Ball-priset efter Englands framgångsrika U-17 World Cup-kampanj.
