Federico Chiesa är en italiensk professionell fotbollsspelare som spelar som vänsterytter eller andrastriker för Serie A-klubben Juventus och Italiens landslag. Han är son till den tidigare fotbollsspelaren Enrico Chiesa.
Efter att ha gått igenom Fiorentinas ungdomsakademi gjorde Chiesa sin debut i A-laget 2016. Han stannade i klubben i fyra år och gjorde 34 mål på 153 framträdanden i alla tävlingar. Chiesa flyttade till Juventus inför säsongen 2020-21 och vann Coppa Italia och Supercoppa Italiana under sin första säsong.
På landslagsnivå gjorde Chiesa sin debut för Italien i mars 2018. Han hjälpte sitt land att vinna UEFA Euro 2020 och blev utvald till turneringens lag.
